Authors After Dark strives to be diverse and interesting, and above all, focused on the reader and what they look for in convention. Below is a summarized 2012 convention schedule.

Wednesday
Welcome events for early arrivals start at 7pm
THURSDAY
- AAD starts on Thursday morning at 10am
- Panels from 10-5, break for Bookie awards and lunch (12-1)
- Evening mixers 7-11
- AUTHOR FIELDTRIPS 10-9
FRIDAY
- Panels 10-5, with a break for lunch at noon
- Dinner 7-9 with Joey W. Hill
- Masquerade Ball 9-12
SATURDAY
- Lunch from noon-1
- Book signing 2-4 (open to the public)
- Evening Reception, Party and Pub Crawl
SUNDAY

Farewell event 9-noon
- Gift baskets 10-noon
